Terms of Service

1. The service

FirmoryX matches the firmware of your managed network devices against public and vendor security advisories (CISA KEV, NVD, and vendor PSIRT feeds) and generates cyber-insurance compliance evidence. It is a monitoring and reporting tool — not a guarantee of security, nor a substitute for your own patching, judgement, or insurance coverage decisions.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your organization. You must provide accurate information, keep it current, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use at security@firmoryx.se.

3. Acceptable use

• Only upload data you are authorized to process, including your clients' device inventories.
• Do not attempt to breach tenant isolation, probe, or disrupt the service.
• Do not resell or white-label the service except under a separate written agreement.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees are stated exclusive of VAT, which is added where applicable. Plans enforce a device limit; exceeding it requires an upgrade. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Data & privacy

Your use of the service is subject to our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Agreement applies and forms part of these terms. You retain all rights to the data you upload.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service available and the advisory feeds current, but provide it on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without an uptime warranty. Advisory feeds are maintained by third parties and may be incomplete or delayed.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FirmoryX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any security incident, breach, or uninsured loss arising from a vulnerability, whether or not it was surfaced by the service. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your organization at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms. On termination, the data-deletion process in our Privacy Policy applies.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
